I'd like to send this as a gift to somebody. Can I do that?

Yes, when you check out, fill out a different name and shipping address than your billing address. Then in the message box, include a note to send and we will copy that note and include it in the box for you!

I'd like to learn more about how to create a personal ritual. Can you help me?

Yes, I can help you design rituals for all sorts of occasions: milestone birthdays, baby or mother blessings, weddings, graduations, business celebrations, house blessings, grief & loss (death of a loved one, a pet or infant loss/miscarriage) and more.

Will you do custom orders?

Absolutely! We love working with our customers to design custom jewelry and/or curated gift boxes. Email us at info@sacredcelebrations.com and tell us what you’re thinking and we’ll co-create the perfect gifts for your occasion.
This is a great thing to do for bridesmaids gifts, milestone birthday celebrations, and other group gatherings where you want some extra magic & meaning!

Shipping questions

What is the timeline for processing and shipping

We will pack it up with oodles of care and lots of love and have it shipped out to you 2-3 business days after your order. During the holiday season, shipping times may vary, so thanks for your patience. At this time, we only ship domestically in the U.S.and we usually use USPS.

What if my package is missing

If your package shows delivered and you still haven't received it, please contact your local post office to check the GPS status of your package. If you have not received your order within 3 days of the USPS showing it delivered, please file a claim with the USPS and we will happily refund you once you email us your claim information.

Returns questions

What if I want to exchange or return something?

Sacred Celebrations is a small business and we hope when you decide to purchase from us, you are certain of your order. But we understand at times there may be a need to exchange or return an item and we will gladly offer you store credit.
To start a return for store credit, contact us at info@sacredcelebrations.com. If you would like to exchange the item, please tell us the item name you would like to have instead. The buyer is responsible for any additional difference in price. Shipping of the exchanged item will be covered by Sacred Celebrations.
The returned item must be mailed to Sacred Celebrations within 7 days of delivery. Shipping is the responsibility of the sender. Please mail your return attention Sacred Celebrations Return to 5112 Kinderston Drive Holly Springs, NC 27540
Returns must be fully intact, undamaged, and in their original packaging for store credit to be issued.
A credit will be issued or exchange mailed within 3 business days, once the returned item has been received in perfect condition.
